The INFOPOINTs of this project have been conceived as places of Ukrainian and Moldavian territories where workers can receive information on mobility. These centres have been located in the different regions of these two countries to emphasize the covering of the whole territory, in both big cities and small villages. |
INFOPOINTs were created with the intention of supplying users with services of pre-emptive information and pre-guidance aiming at the elaboration of a personal and circular migration project complying wih the laws in force and opposing criminal organizations.
During the first phase of this activity the sixty selected operators will be trained for the operational management of an INFOPOINT: in detail, they will be supplied with all the necessary tools and skills to start some pilot actions. Training will concern the following issues:
a) Italian labour market and Italian laws on migration, procedures for regular migration and consequences of illegal migration in the context of European policies
b) Notions of Italian language
c) Moldavian and Ukrainian laws concerning the right to migration, to favour the connection among the involved actors
d) Mentoring and guidance of workers
e) Functionality of on-line tools for remote training.
At the end of this path, in connection with Italian institutions (Region Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto Lavoro), these operators will be able of informing the workers pre-emptively and of collecting their demands concerning either training and job.
